Revvity España, S.L. is seeking a Sr. Field Service Engineer to service diagnostics and life-science instruments across Spain, based in Valencia or Madrid with 50% travel.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain high-end analytical equipment, ensuring uptime and customer satisfaction. The role demands a technical degree, 5+ years in field service, and fluent Spanish with strong English. You will collaborate with Sales, Applications, and European Service teams and manage service documentation and

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in field service engineering.
• Hands-on with analytical/clinical instrumentation in lab environments.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance on sophisticated equipment.
• Fluent Spanish and strong English skills; valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Revvity diagnostics and life-science instruments across Spain to maximize uptime.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to service calls; prioritize critical needs.
• Coordinate with European support and product specialists for timely resolutions.
• Provide on-site training and troubleshooting to optimize instrument performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Applications, and European Service teams to drive customer satisfaction and growth.
• Maintain documentation, spare parts inventory, and ensure SLA compliance.
