Revvity, Inc. seeks a Field Service Engineer to act as the technical face of Revvity across Spain.
Based in Madrid, Valencia, or Barcelona, you will ensure our diagnostics and life sciences instruments deliver maximum value to customers with hands-on service and training. You will collaborate with Sales, Applications, and European Service teams to drive customer satisfaction and instrument uptime, traveling up to 50% across Spain while contributing to scientific breakthroughs through expert
Formación
- Education: Technical degree or higher in Electronics/Biomedical Eng./Chemistry/Biology or related field.
- Minimum 5 years field service experience with complex instrumentation.
- Experience with analytical/clinical lab equipment in pharma/research/clinical settings.
- Strong PC skills including Windows, networking, and LIS.
Responsabilidades
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Revvity diagnostics and life sciences instruments.
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to service calls.
- Coordinate with European support to resolve escalations.
- Provide on-site training and troubleshooting to optimize performance.
- Manage spare parts inventory and service documentation.
