Roche Diagnostics in Pamplona, Navarre, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver on-site and remote support for diagnostic systems, including installations, preventive and corrective maintenance, and system upgrades. You will ensure optimal performance, safety, and customer satisfaction across regional accounts, while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Engineering degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Biomedical or related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in a similar diagnostic/IVD role.
• Knowledge of IVD platforms and hardware.
• Experience in managing customer accounts is valued.
• Fluent Spanish and good level of English.
• Valid driving license (B).

Responsabilidades

• Installations, preventive maintenance, corrective and evolutive services on assigned systems.
• Monitor and report activities in CRM, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Plan and coordinate modifications and maintenance using service dashboards.
• Provide proactive customer support and cross-functional collaboration to improve service delivery.
