PerkinElmer is seeking a Service Engineer in Madrid to maintain and install scientific instruments, support clients, and drive service contracts. You will ensure optimal device operation, plan maintenance, and provide training to users.

The role emphasizes customer focus, teamwork, and proactive communication with Customer Care. Ideal candidates have engineering training, 2+ years of field experience, driving license, and fluency in Spanish and English, with strong MS Office and CRM skills.

Formación

• Engineering or similar mechanical and/or electrical technical degree.
• Minimum two years of relevant work experience.
• Driving license.
• Experience with databases.
• Customer oriented.
• Both independent as well as the ability to work in a team.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office and CRM.
• Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English, spoken and written.

Responsabilidades

• Uphold a professional relationship with the client and ensure proper functioning of instruments.
• Support users to use devices optimally and manage time efficiently.
• Attend shows, training sessions and workshops and perform administrative follow-up.
• Coordinate with Customer Care for client communications and service orders.
• Maintain professional contacts with the client and report complaints to improve satisfaction.
• Plan and execute maintenance visits, installations, repairs, and upgrades.
