Job summary

Perk is seeking a Senior SDR - Events to deepen relationships within our existing client base and convert accounts into active, repeat‑event buyers. You will uncover untapped event potential, qualify leads, and articulate Perk Events value to C‑level stakeholders.

You’ll collaborate with Account Managers and the Perk Events team to ensure a seamless handover and maximize multi‑threaded client engagement while driving pipeline in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in business development, account growth or sales within events SaaS, corporate travel management or hospitality.
• Hunter mentality with a track record of growing revenue within existing accounts.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement; able to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery conversations with existing Perk accounts to identify events spend and unmet needs.
• Map stakeholder landscapes and identify budgets and footprints for MICE within accounts.
• Maintain CRM pipeline with accurate forecasting and data hygiene; build a repeat-event pipeline from existing accounts.
