Monzo Europe seeks an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager to help us grow safely and sustainably across the EU. You will embed ERM, balance risk discipline with a fast‑moving culture, and support governance with robust processes.

Based in our Barcelona/Madrid hybrid office, you will lead risk identification, appetite, horizon scanning and reporting to the Board while promoting a strong risk culture and delivering training.

Formación

• Proven track record in risk management within heavily regulated financial services.
• Expertise with Enterprise Risk Management frameworks, governance and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of European risk regulations (EBA, ECB/SSM, Basel).

Responsabilidades

• Embed enterprise risk management across the organisation with first‑line teams.
• Coordinate and maintain Risk Appetite Framework across EU.
• Lead the enterprise risk identification and materiality assessment for all material risks.
• Execute risk horizon scanning and impact analyses across business lines.
• Support risk culture and deliver training and awareness programmes.
• Maintain EU Risk Taxonomy, risk register and impact matrix.
• Deliver risk reports to the Board and Executive Committees.
• Support governance committees and regulatory compliance.
• Provide committee secretariat support across EU governance flows.
• Embed Enterprise Frameworks, Policies and Standards in Europe.
