Monzo is seeking a dynamic Payments Product Operations lead in Madrid to shape Europe’s payments landscape. You’ll design, build and run capabilities, manage partnerships, and drive scalable processes across EU markets while aligning with product and engineering teams.

The role emphasizes ownership, proactive problem solving, and strong collaboration with suppliers and internal teams, in a hybrid Madrid-based setup with travel to other offices as needed.

Formación

• Experience with payment systems and schemes, especially in Spain.
• Ability to own end-to-end payments operations and drive improvements.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision making and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and run Europe payments capabilities and manage partnerships.
• Lead complex implementation projects and scalable back-office processes.
• Collaborate with Payments and EU product teams to launch new systems.
