Revolut is seeking a Risk Manager to identify and quantify ESG risk within the second line of defence. You will engage senior stakeholders, support climate risk stress testing, and develop policies, controls, and analytics to monitor ESG exposures across products and markets.

The role is based in Islas Baleares, Spain, with a focus on regulatory ESG risk in financial services. You will work on challenging ESG risk issues, leverage data, and collaborate with first-line teams to improve risk

Formación

• Experience in ESG risk issues and methodologies.
• Experience developing and implementing climate risk stress testing.
• Understanding global financial markets and ESG/climate linkages.
• Knowledge of ESG-related regulations in financial services.
• Experience with stress testing methodologies and model governance.
• Enjoy working with data and analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Develop risk management policies, procedures, limits, stress testing capabilities, analytics, system support, and reporting infrastructure
• Engage first-line businesses to identify, monitor, and govern emerging ESG risks, including new product risk assessments
• Monitor ESG risk exposures vs.
• Establish relationships with senior stakeholders to enforce current risk management frameworks, identify emerging risks, and provide effective challenge
• Expertise in ESG risk issues and methodologies, with experience developing and implementing climate risk stress testing
• An understanding of various stress testing methodologies, and experience with model development, implementation, and governance
• To enjoy working with data to facilitate your work

• Developing and maintaining risk management policies, procedures, limits, stress testing capabilities, analytics, system support, and reporting infrastructure
• Engaging and challenging first-line businesses to identify, monitor, and govern emerging ESG risks, including new product risk assessments
• Monitoring ESG risk exposures vs.

• An understanding of various stress testing methodologies, and experience with model development, implementation, and governance

• Experience with SQL or other scripting languages
