Preply is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Engineering to lead end-to-end recruitment for our most complex engineering roles. You will collaborate with Engineering Directors and Hiring Managers to shape hiring strategies and build scalable processes across a fast-growing tech org.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of senior technical recruiting experience, a data-driven mindset, and a track record of mentoring colleagues while raising the hiring bar for the entire function.

Formación

• Several years of experience recruiting for Engineering roles at scale, including senior or niche positions.
• Ability to challenge requirements and raise the bar when needed.
• Proven track record of calibration, interview training, and process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Own complex, hard-to-fill Engineering searches end to end: manage full-cycle recruitment for senior roles.
• Partner with senior Engineering stakeholders: build credible relationships with Directors, VPs, and Hiring Managers.
• Source actively and creatively: build targeted sourcing strategies for passive, senior technical talent.
• Bring data into every decision: track funnel health, conversions, and time-in-stage.
• Contribute to calibration and hiring bar consistency: refine scorecards and support calibration sessions.
• Raise the bar beyond your own roles: assist with process improvements and employer branding.
• Coach and share knowledge: mentor peers and assist with pipeline blockers.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience: represent Preply well to a selective talent pool.
