CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Ops Manager to lead a team handling complex mechanical operations across multiple facilities. You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, manage budgets, and oversee maintenance contracts and asset systems.

Ideal candidates have a engineering degree with 5–8 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role requires strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration in a facilities portfolio environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, and measuring performance is preferred.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive information and convey performance expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide formal supervision to employees; monitor training and development; conduct evaluations and coaching; oversee recruiting and hiring.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities; set schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff; mentor as needed.
• Assist team with complex operations and maintenance issues.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors and engineers on maintenance aspects.
• Oversee daily operation of facility controls and asset management systems.
• Develop annual operating budgets and manage costs across multiple locations.
• Schedule maintenance activities in line with customer requirements.
• Collaborate with clients on reconfiguration and operational needs.
• Lead by example and drive CBRE RISE values; influence others within policies.
