CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a team responsible for overseeing building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium sized buildings.

You will coordinate repairs, manage budgets and capital projects, ensure safety compliance, and maintain positive client relationships across the portfolio.

A bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of experience is preferred; a valid driver's license is required and FM certification is a plus.

• Experience leading facilities teams and coordinating operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; FM certification preferred.
• Driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and lead meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Ensure health and safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing; review quotes for parts and services.
