CBRE is seeking a Hard Services Manager to perform specialized engineering and technical services on building systems. You will support preventive maintenance, repairs, and commissioning and provide guidance to junior staff.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will diagnose faults, optimize performance, and ensure compliance across facilities in Barcelona, Spain.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade diploma with 3–4 years related experience.
• Ability to meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, lifting 50 lbs+).
• Broad understanding of processes, procedures, and concepts within own function.
• Ability to communicate complex content concisely.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.
