CBRE is seeking a Senior Operations Manager in Engineering to lead a team delivering complex mechanical operations across facilities and campuses. You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, manage budgets, and drive efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 5–8 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, budgeting, and proficiency with MS Office; you will partner with clients to optimize operations and asset management.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, and measuring performance.
• Ability to convey complex information and set performance expectations.
• Leadership skills to motivate a team across multiple disciplines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
• Experience with developing and managing budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities and scheduling.
• Assist team with difficult operations and maintenance issues.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors and engineers on maintenance.
• Oversee daily operation of facility controls and asset management systems.
• Develop and implement operating budgets; forecast costs.
• Schedule maintenance activities aligning with customer requirements.
• Collaborate with clients on reconfiguration and operational needs.
• Lead by example and promote CBRE values.
• Identify and solve operational problems of complexity.
