Job summary

FYUL seeks an Embroidery & Digitization Quality Lead to own the EMB quality agenda end-to-end across global production partners. This senior individual contributor role blends craft expertise, quality systems, and partner management.

You will define standards, build KPI dashboards, and create guidelines that scale quality across facilities. The role is remote-friendly with travel to production sites as needed, and requires strong English communication and experience managing international

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management across multiple internal and external teams.
• Hands-on digitization expertise with Wilcom, Pulse, Hatch or equivalent.
• Experience writing or owning digitization standards and partner briefs.
• Experience engaging with digitization partners on quality and performance improvements.
• Proven ability to build QA scorecards, audit frameworks, and defect tracking systems.
• Comfortable with data: reading dashboards, spotting trends, guiding decisions.
• Excellent English (written and spoken); international collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and raise quality standards for digitization output across all production partners.
• Engage with digitization partners on quality and performance improvements; work with production facilities on embroidery quality outcomes.
• Build and own the quality measurement framework with KPIs for EMB and digitization quality.
• Create digitization guidelines, SOPs, and briefs for internal and external teams.
• Identify improvements to merchant/customer engagement with embroidery through guidelines and AI-assisted tooling.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Merchant Success, and Product/Tech to embed standards.
