Job summary

Celestica Valencia site seeks a Senior Quality Manager focused on New Production Introduction (NPI). You will lead QMS deployment, drive DFx reviews, and oversee IQ/OQ/PQ validation to ensure smooth transitions from design to mass production.

You will manage launch readiness, customer satisfaction surveys, and ensure regulatory conformity across ISO 13485 and ANSI/ESD. This role requires global process ownership and capability building at multiple sites.

Qualifications

Experience designing and deploying QMS processes to meet customer requirements.
Proven ability to define critical quality processes for site-level and customer objectives.
Strong knowledge of DFx, IQ/OQ/PQ validation strategies and regulatory standards.
Experience using quality analytics to drive improvement across NPI and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and deployment of QMS processes for NPI objectives.
Drive DFx reviews and validation strategies for seamless design to mass production.
Manage launch readiness assessments, operations reviews, and customer satisfaction surveys.
Ensure site-wide conformance to ISO 13485, ANSI/ESD and other regulatory standards.
Analyze performance data and communicate action plans to stakeholders.
Own global QMS processes and deploy them aligned with corporate initiatives.
Educate sites on procedures to build independent quality teams.
