FYUL seeks a Principal Engineering Manager to lead a critical engineering area, partnering with Product and Design to shape innovative solutions. This senior role emphasizes ownership, strong technical judgment, and the ability to raise the bar on product delivery.

You will ensure execution from problem definition to delivery, maintain high engineering standards, and drive sustainable, meaningful business impact in a global, fast-growing company.

Formación

• Significant experience leading engineering teams within a product company.
• A strong track record of delivering complex products or systems in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to operate comfortably in both technical and product discussions.
• Strong ownership mindset and the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations.
• Experience partnering closely with Product and Design.
• Clear communication skills and a practical, execution-oriented approach to leadership.

• Lead a team of engineers and support them through clear direction, context, and feedback.
• Partner with Product and Design to shape solutions from the earliest stages.
