FYUL is the engine that powers on-demand commerce at global scale. We seek a Data Analytics Team Lead to guide a small team of analysts across product, supply and user-behavior initiatives.

You will shape analytics strategy, mentor analysts, and partner with product and business stakeholders to drive high-impact decisions. This role supports a remote-friendly environment and international collaboration.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis.
• Experience leading a team of data analysts.
• Strong written & verbal English communication skills.
• Decision-making with multiple stakeholders across products and business.
• Experience in product companies or marketplaces is a plus.
• Interest in applying AI to data workflows and experimentation.
• Ability to present summarised data analysis results clearly.
• Advanced SQL skills with Snowflake or similar warehouses.
• Hands-on BI/dashboard experience (Looker a plus).
• Understanding of data modelling, quality and event tracking.

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Data Analytics Team Lead to join our efforts in taking over the print‑on‑demand industry. You will work in an international environment with talented data fellows in a casual atmosphere.

Your daily tasks will include

• Lead a team of up to 4 data analysts working with product and business teams across our Supply domain
• Guide data analysis work across a wide range of product areas, customer behaviour, partner performance and others
• Performance management and evaluation, regular 1-to-1 meetings to discuss workload and personal development of data analysts
• Drive high-impact analytical initiatives across the organisation
• Build relationships and manage a wide array of stakeholders
• Create, prioritise and proactively communicate the backlog of the analytics team. Work together with the Heads of Product to align the backlog to the top impactful initiatives in the Supply area
• Lead efforts to enhance data‑drivenness in the company. Mentor peers and stakeholders in data usage and its value
• Participate in the hiring process to bring the best product and data analytics talent to FYUL
• Equip the team with the latest analytical and statistical techniques and advancements relevant to FYUL business

Your qualifications

• Strong written & verbal English communication skills
• Track record of managing priorities across wide stakeholder groups
• 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis
• 1+ years of experience leading a team of data analysts
• Previous experience in a product company or a marketplace is a plus
• Prior experience applying AI in a data context is a plus, but not expected. A strong curiosity and eagerness to experiment with AI and integrate it into workflows is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to present and clearly articulate summarised data analysis results
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouses
• Hands‑on experience with BI tools to create interactive dashboards and visualisations (Looker is a plus)
• Solid understanding of data modelling and data quality principles
• Hands‑on experience with event tracking and product analytics tools (Amplitude is a plus)
• Solid understanding of statistics and AB testing. Hands‑on experience with product experimentation.
• Empathy and ability to work with employees with different professional and cultural background
