Celestica is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to lead global Quality Management Systems for New Production Introduction (NPI) across HealthTech sites. You will own DFx reviews, validation strategies, and regulatory compliance to ensure smooth transitions from design to mass production.

The role requires extensive experience with ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, and cross-site process deployment. You will train and empower teams to sustain long-term quality initiatives and drive performance improvements.

Formación

• 15+ years of progressive experience in Quality Management and NPI.
• Experience leading QMS deployment across global sites.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820 (QMSR) and ANSI/ISO/ESD standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and deployment of QMS processes to meet customer requirements.
• Drive DFx reviews and validation strategies for seamless production transitions.
• Oversee launch readiness, MORs, and customer satisfaction surveys.
• Ensure conformance to ISO 13485 and other regulatory standards.
• Analyze data from audits and scorecards to identify gaps and drive actions.
• Develop and own global QMS processes to ensure regulatory compliance.

Educación

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering/Quality Management

ASQ or Six Sigma certification
