Job summary

ERM in Madrid is seeking an EHS / Safety Consultant to support its Safe & Sustainable Operations team. The role involves leading EHS audits, providing technical safety expertise, and mentoring junior consultants. You will manage multinational client relationships, contribute to proposals, and promote a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in process and industrial safety, including ATEX, fire safety, and machine safety.
• Solid experience in EHS compliance and permitting frameworks.
• Proven capabilities in project management in complex and international environments.
• Experience in safety culture assessment and improvement programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver EHS and safety audits across Iberia and international locations.
• Plan and execute multi-country audit programs including alignment with regulations.
• Provide technical leadership in Health & Safety and conduct gap assessments.
• Support clients in the implementation of corrective action plans.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants, contributing to team capability building.
