Ramboll seeks an EHS Consultant in Spain to join our Environment and Health team. The role involves health and safety compliance, due diligence, and ESG work across Barcelona or Madrid, with a hybrid work pattern that supports flexibility and collaboration.

You will collaborate with engineers, geologists and scientists in an international network to deliver contamination management, permitting, reporting, and sustainable solutions for clients, using strong communication and negotiation skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in environmental engineering, environmental science, biology, chemistry, or related disciplines. Master Degree in Health and Safety is a plus.
• Experience in environmental due diligence (acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, property sales and leases) and/or in EHS management and sustainability related services.
• Effective written/verbal communication and organisation/analytical skills; experience with recording/writing reports.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English is essential, Portuguese communication skills is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Execution of Environmental and/or Health and Safety Due Diligence
• Execution of EHS compliance audits
• Execution of H&S Risk Assessments and review of H&S Plan
• In the long term, execution of ESG review and reporting
• Taking direct part in the assignments, with direct interaction with Clients and third parties (e.g. lawyers, advisors, vendor/buyer, regulators) and implies strong soft skills and capabilities in problem-solving and teamwork
• Proposal and reporting in Spanish or English. Portuguese communication skills is a plus
