Job summary

Ramboll is seeking an EHS Consultant to join our Environment and Health Department. The role focuses on Health & Safety compliance, due diligence in M&A, and ESG planning and strategy.

Candidates can work in a fully hybrid pattern from our Madrid or Barcelona offices under a flexible policy. You will collaborate with engineers, geologists, environmental scientists, chemists, and biologists in an international network on contaminated site management, permitting, due diligence, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, environmental science, biology, chemistry, or related disciplines.
• Master Degree in Health and Safety is a plus.
• Proven experience in environmental due diligence and/or EHS management and sustainability services.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute environmental and/or Health and Safety due diligence.
• Execute EHS compliance audits.
• Execute H&S risk assessments and review H&S plan.
• In the long term, support ESG review and reporting.
• Interact directly with clients and third parties; strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Prepare proposals and reports in Spanish or English; Portuguese is a plus.
