Siemens Energy in Spain is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to implement and manage environmental, health, and safety policies and strategies across our operations. You will lead continuous improvement of the EHS program and ensure regulatory compliance while guiding stakeholders in the development of training and risk controls.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
• Significant experience in EHS roles within industrial, manufacturing, or technical services.
• Proven leadership with responsibility for direct reports and program strategy.
• Strong knowledge of EHS management, regulatory compliance, risk analysis, and incident investigation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills; experience writing reports and conducting safety trainings.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and continuously improve the EHS management system, aligning with corporate policies and strategies.
• Plan and oversee regular EHS audits and workplace inspections to identify hazards and areas for improvement.
• Direct the risk assessment process, including Job Safety Analyses, for new and existing operations, equipment, and projects.
• Lead investigations for significant workplace incidents, ensuring thorough root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Analyze EHS performance data to identify trends, report progress to leadership, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
