Job summary

SilverBack recruits an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Supervisor for a major international project. The role leads field installation, testing, and pre-commissioning of LV/MV systems, ensuring safe, quality work from installation through handover.

You will coordinate with site engineering, QA/QC, and commissioning teams, supervise subcontractors, and drive discipline adherence in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
• Proven experience as E&I Supervisor or similar on major industrial projects.
• Solid knowledge of LV/MV distribution, MCCs, PLC/DCS/SCADA interfaces, and instrument calibration.
• Ability to read SLDs, P&IDs, instrument loop sheets, and cable schedules.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily workloads for site electricians and instrument technicians to hit milestones.
• Oversee installation of electrical and instrumentation systems per drawings and specs.
• Supervise testing and pre-commissioning activities including loop checks and insulation tests.
• Manage punch lists, defects, and sign-offs prior to handover.
• Verify ITRs, SLDs, and P&IDs, and maintain QA/QC documentation.
