ELSYS in Spain seeks experienced electrical supervisors or electricians ready to step into supervisory roles to lead and coordinate electrical projects on-site and offshore. The role blends hands-on technical work with team leadership to ensure timeliness, quality, and safety.

• Time served Apprenticeship completed.
• City & Guilds Level 3 required.
• ONC or HNC qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise workshop and on-site personnel.

• Assist in site surveys and costings.
• Prepare RAMS and on-site permits; oversee POWRAs.

• Travel internationally and stay overnight.

We are actively seeking individuals with a strong background in electrical supervision or experienced electricians ready to step into supervisory roles. As part of our dynamic team, successful candidates will bring valuable leadership skills and expertise to oversee and coordinate electrical projects. Your role will involve not only hands-on technical proficiency but also effective management of the electrical team, ensuring project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met. Responsibilities

The role will include, but not be limited to the following activities:

• Supervision of all workshop and on-site personnel, including Company employees, Contract & Subcontracted staff.
• Ensure adherence to Health & Safety policy rules for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Conduct final testing of equipment, update drawings in Autocad and EPlan, and handle material orders.
• Assist in onsite surveys and costings for quotes.
• Produce job-specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), on-site permits, and oversee POWRA’s.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and ensure correct usage of PPE.
• Verify employees' and contractors' timesheets.
• Strong communication skills, budget awareness, and adherence to HSQE requirements are essential.
• This role involves travel away from home and overnight stays.

Job Requirements

• Time served Apprenticeship.
• City & Guilds Level 3.
• ONC or HNC.
• A full clean driving licence is mandatory.
• Flexibility and autonomy.
• BOSIET training provided for offshore assignments.
• Must be prepared to travel internationally at short notice.
