Job summary

Wayzim Technology Co., Ltd. is seeking a Project Engineer to conduct site surveys, review construction drawings, and manage materials for overseas projects, ensuring all technical documentation complies with contract requirements.

You will supervise third‑party installation teams for mechanical and electrical work, coordinate commissioning, provide operation and maintenance training on site, and maintain strong client relationships to guarantee timely delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Valid electrician license (construction/maintenance preferred) with 2+ years of experience in mechatronic equipment troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics, skilled in operating test instruments, and familiar with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens S7-1200/1500).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, customer requirement - oriented mindset, ability to optimize workflows proactively.
• Flexible and efficient teamwork ability, strong time management skills, able to accept urgent tasks and strictly abide by safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys, construction drawing reviews, and material verification/management for overseas projects, and establish standardized technical documentation in compliance with project requirements.
• Responsible for monitoring and guiding third-party installation teams in the mechanical installation of equipment, completing the installation, parameter optimization, and joint debugging of electrical systems to ensure compliance with delivery standards. Also supports project management work to guarantee the project is accepted on time and meets quality requirements.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between clients, partners, and internal teams. Conduct regular communications on project progress and service updates to ensure information transparency.
• Deliver product operation and maintenance training to clients. Provide on-site production support as needed, and perform after-sales service work such as equipment operation and maintenance, troubleshooting, hotline response and technical guidance in accordance with contract requirements.
• Strengthen on-site client relationships to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
• Timely handle and accurately execute other work tasks assigned by departments and superiors.
