Alcon is seeking an experienced e-commerce and digital marketing leader to shape the international growth agenda. The role partners with the Director to translate strategy into market programs and scale successful practices across priority markets.

You will optimize performance using data, drive content across MyAlcon.com and key platforms, and equip markets with tools and standards for content, search, and conversion. This role offers flexible European location.

Qualifications

• Significant e-commerce and digital marketing experience across multi-market activation.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, GEO/AI discovery and online journeys.
• Advanced know-how in paid digital channels, audience strategy, measurement and ROI.

Responsabilités

• Shape and deliver the international e-commerce and digital growth agenda with market programs.
• Lead e-commerce campaigns and digital programs aligned with priorities.
• Drive content optimization for MyAlcon.com, retailers and marketplaces.
• Coordinate agencies, partners and markets to resolve barriers and enable execution.
• Own performance tracking, ROI attribution, and scale learnings across markets.
