Job summary

Panthr is seeking a Global E-Commerce Manager to drive international online growth across Europe. You will manage key e-commerce partners, own commercial negotiations and lead omnichannel initiatives to maximize online performance.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in beauty e-commerce or digital commerce, with proven success in managing Brick & Click and Pure Players across multiple European markets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in E-commerce Key Account Management or Digital Commercial roles within Beauty.
• Experience managing international online retail partners (Brick & Click, Pure Players).
• Experience across multiple European markets (Pan-European scope preferred).
• Strong commercial mindset with success in business development and account expansion.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with international e-commerce retailers and onboard new partners.
• Lead negotiations to expand brand distribution across online accounts.
• Develop action plans to accelerate sell-out across international retailers and monitor pricing/promotions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and distributors to ensure consistent e-commerce execution.
