Hitachi Energy Madrid is seeking a meticulous Document Control Specialist to safeguard accuracy and compliance of technical documentation across complex projects. You will collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, and Planning teams to ensure timely delivery and traceability.

The role emphasizes training end-users on document management tools and maintaining the DMS, with opportunities to grow in a global organization through best practices and standards.

Formación

• University degree in Information & Documentation or proven document control experience in engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Register, issue, update, and archive technical project documentation.
• Maintain and update the Document Management System (DMS).
• Prepare and manage project document lists with all disciplines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for traceable document delivery.
• Monitor document status and update planning dates with Project Management and Engineering.
• Prepare regular reports on documentation progress and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and document control procedures.
• Train end-users on document management tools and best practices.
