Job summary

TFS HealthScience is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development for DIID (Dermatology, Immunology & Inflammatory Diseases). This home-based role covers international territories including the UK, Spain and others, focusing on strategic sales and client retention.

The role requires a track record in CRO/pharma business, strong negotiation, and leadership skills to guide the BD team and win opportunities across a global client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or highly relevant industry experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of clinical research and/or sales experience.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
• Experience with CRO or pharma business beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans and sales strategies for a territory or accounts.
• Meet annual sales goals and drive revenue growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and respond to RFIs/RFPs.
• Coordinate and support client meetings and bids with internal teams.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and post-award activities.
• Maintain excellent client relationships and sponsor communications.
