Job summary

TFS HealthScience is a global mid-size CRO delivering full-service clinical development solutions. The Senior Director Business Development - DIID will drive strategy, client retention and growth within Dermatology, Immunology & Inflammatory Diseases across assigned territories, coordinating with internal teams on RFIs and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or highly relevant industry experience.
• Minimum of seven years of clinical research and/or sales experience.
• Considerable sales experience with strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and team leadership capabilities.
• Excellent knowledge of CRO business and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop strategic plans and sales strategies within a territory or accounts.
• Meet annual sales goals and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate responses to RFIs/RFPs and participate in proposal development.
• Lead client meetings, sponsor presentations and budget/contract negotiations.
• Develop account strategies and manage relationships across the sales cycle.
• Mentor junior business development staff and report to senior leadership.
