Job summary

TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size CRO partnering with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies through clinical development. We are seeking a Senior Director Business Development for DIID (Dermatology, Immunology & Inflammatory Diseases) to drive strategy and client retention in an international remote geography.

Based in the UK, Sweden, Spain, Germany, Denmark, Portugal, Poland, Netherlands or Italy, you will lead strategic plans, respond to RFIs/RFPs, manage budgets, mentor team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or highly relevant industry experience.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of clinical research and/or sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills and team leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, coordinate and develop strategic plans and sales strategies within a territory or accounts.
• Meet annual sales goals and objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and respond to RFIs/RFPs.
• Coordinate budget negotiations and post-award activities.
• Establish and maintain excellent client relationships.
• Lead sponsor presentations and data collection for proposals.
