Job summary

Indero, a CRO specialized in dermatology, seeks a Director of Business Development to lead sales across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond. You will drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, and serve as a brand ambassador at industry events.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, proposal reviews, and market expansion, with collaboration across senior management. Flexible and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sciences, or related field.
• Direct sales, business development or marketing experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with client focus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue growth goals for assigned territories.
• Provide forecasts and manage sales activity plans across EMEA.
• Promote Indero’s value proposition to KOLs and pharma/biotech firms.
• Review proposals and pricing with management; support contract negotiations.
• Identify new services and partnerships to diversify the portfolio.
