Job summary

TFS HealthScience is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development for the DIID team (Dermatology, Immunology & Inflammatory Diseases). The role is home-based across the UK, Sweden, Spain, Germany, Denmark, Portugal, Poland, Netherlands or Italy, with responsibility for BD strategy and client retention in designated territories.

Coordinate activities across BD staff and major clients. The candidate should have a strong DIID network and proven sales leadership, negotiation and strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or highly relevant industry experience
• Minimum of seven (7) years of clinical research and/or sales experience
• Excellent communication and team leadership capabilities
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational, planning and multitasking skills
• Awareness of trends and regulations in clinical trials area

Responsibilities

• Initiate, coordinate and develop strategic plans and sales strategies within a specified territory or accounts.
• Meet annual sales goals and objectives.
• Identify new business sales opportunities and respond to RFIs/RFPs.
• Coordinate and monitor budget or contract negotiations post award.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and organize sponsor presentations.
• Lead data collection and input into CRM and support leadership in reporting.
