Roche is seeking a Digital Workplace Senior Technical Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing support of digital workplace solutions across the organization. The role focuses on optimizing M365 environments, ensuring security and reliability, and collaborating with global partners.

Ideal candidates will have a strong technical background, hands-on M365 certification, and experience enabling a large user base.

Formación

• Certified M365 with hands-on experience managing M365 environments
• 8+ years of experience in system administration on email and cloud services
• Fluent English spoken

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, implementation, and support of Digital Workplace solutions using M365 and other modern digital technologies
• Act as a subject matter expert for digital workplace technologies, providing guidance and support to users and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure seamless integration of digital tools and platforms to enhance productivity and collaboration
• Manage and optimize M365 environments, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability
• Proactively identify and address potential issues, implementing preventative measures to maintain system integrity
• Leverage AI to enhance digital workplace solutions and improve user experience
• Document solutions and processes and mentor junior team members
