BVGroup in Gibraltar is seeking a Senior Digital Workplace Engineer to design, deliver and support Microsoft 365 and related digital workplace services. This is a senior, on-site role in a fast-paced global gaming technology environment.

You will lead 3rd-line incidents, mentor L1/L2 teams, and drive automation and security enhancements across Intune, Entra ID, Defender, and Azure Virtual Desktop, with a focus on reliability and operational excellence.

Formación

• Senior or 3rd-line experience in digital workplace/IT operations.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and Defender.
• Experience with VMware vSphere, Hyper-V and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Strong focus on security, patching and remediation.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the 3rd-line authority for Digital Workplace services and incident resolution.
• Design, implement and maintain Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Manage endpoint provisioning, compliance policies and app deployment with Intune.
• Administer identity and access management (Entra ID, Conditional Access, SSO).
• Support VMware/Hyper-V and Azure Virtual Desktop environments; migrate between platforms.
• Provision and migrate Azure infrastructure and cloud workloads.
• Ensure patching, security and compliance; drive automation with PowerShell.
• Create and maintain technical docs and runbooks; mentor L1/L2 teams.
