BVGroup in Gibraltar seeks a Senior Digital Workplace Engineer to design, deliver and support Microsoft 365, endpoints, identity services and cloud platforms. You will be the highest technical escalation for Digital Workplace, collaborating with partners to drive continuous improvement and secure, reliable services.

You will lead across VMware vSphere, Hyper-V and Azure Virtual Desktop, while enabling automation, governance and knowledge sharing across teams.

Formación

• Senior or 3rd-line Digital Workplace/IT Operations experience with Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on with Intune, Entra ID and Defender.
• Experience managing VMware vSphere, Hyper-V and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Knowledge of endpoint security, patching and remediation.
• Experience with Azure cloud workloads.
• Scripting in PowerShell; Power Platform a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as 3rd-line technical authority for Digital Workplace services and incidents.
• Design, implement and maintain Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Manage endpoint management with Intune across devices and OS estates.
• Administer Entra ID, CA, SSO and authentication controls.
• Support VMware vSphere, Hyper-V and Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
• Migrate and support Azure infrastructure and cloud workloads.
• Manage DNS, DHCP, RADIUS/NPS, monitoring and data center ops.
• Ensure patching, security and audit readiness; governance and compliance.
• Contribute to automation using PowerShell and Power Platform.
• Create documentation and mentor L1/L2 support teams.
