BVGroup is seeking a Senior Digital Workplace Engineer to lead design, delivery and support of the modern workplace. You'll act as the senior technical escalation for Digital Workplace services, driving improvements across Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and Azure Virtual Desktop.

Based in Gibraltar on-site, you will mentor L1/L2 teams, collaborate with stakeholders and partners, and contribute to automation and documentation to raise service resilience.

Formación

• Senior or 3rd-line level experience in Digital Workplace/IT Operations.
• Strong hands-on with M365, Intune, Entra ID and Defender.
• Experience with VMware vSphere, Hyper-V and AVD environments.
• Solid understanding of endpoint security, patching and vulnerability remediation.
• Experience supporting Azure cloud workloads.

Responsabilidades

• Own complex incident and problem resolution escalated from L1/L2 teams.
• Design, implement and maintain Microsoft 365 services and endpoints.
• Manage identity and access controls (Entra ID, CA, SSO).
• Support and maintain virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, AVD).
• Provision and manage Azure infrastructure and cloud workloads.
• Create technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to L1/L2 teams.
