Unispace is seeking a Senior Designer for our Madrid design team to craft outstanding workplace environments. You will lead design projects, work closely with clients and the sales team to develop compelling RFPs, and influence stakeholders to deliver transformative spaces.
You will collaborate with the Head of Design and cross-functional teams to ensure design excellence across the project lifecycle, from concept through documentation, while contributing to a dynamic, global design culture.

Our Madrid Design team are looking for aSenior Designerto join our team as we continue our growth through 2026. We are looking for someone who can confidently design great workplaces, think design is more than a job, work closely with our sales team to help develop RFPs, and effectively influence and direct our clients. Above all, your work will transform workspaces, and contribute to some of the most recognisable commecial spaces in the Office Interiors market.
