Unispace in Madrid is hiring a Project Manager to lead high-impact workplace and TI projects. You will drive delivery with cross-functional teams, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction. The role supports hybrid working across our Madrid studios and growth within a global, inclusive culture.

You will coordinate on-site meetings, manage subcontractors, and maintain project documentation using Vista and Microsoft Project, contributing to innovative, efficient project execution.

Formación

  • 5-10 years of experience in project management or project engineering within construction.
  • Background in tenant improvement (TI) projects and trade coordination is preferred.
  • Proficiency with PM tools including Microsoft Project and Vista.
  • Solid understanding of construction processes and subcontractor management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; practical experience considered.
  • LEED or sustainability qualifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Oversee high-impact projects from start to finish, supporting planning, execution and delivery.
  • Attend weekly on-site meetings to provide updates and liaise with clients.
  • Coordinate site walk-throughs with subcontractors and document findings.
  • Manage project documentation and workflows using Vista or similar software.
  • Document and monitor on-site progress and keep teams informed.
  • Update project schedules to meet client commitments and milestones.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, innovative team culture and problem-solving.
  • Support the team to achieve milestones and client satisfaction.

As a Project Manager at our firm, you’ll bring your passion for delivering exceptional, high-quality construction projects to our clients. Working alongside talented cross-functional teams, you will contribute to creating impactful spaces that align with our commitment to innovation and efficiency. This role is essential in driving projects forward, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and effective communication across all stakeholders.

What you’re responsible for

  • Oversee exciting, high-impact projects from start to finish, supporting all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Attend weekly on-site meetings to provide project updates and ensure alignment with clients’ expectations. You’ll serve as a key liaison, fostering transparent, solution-focused communication.
  • Coordinate site walk-throughs with subcontractors, ensuring comprehensive attendance, note-taking, and accurate documentation to keep the team well-informed.
  • Manage project documentation, paperwork, and workflows using Vista or similar project management software, making sure all details are updated and accessible to the project team.
  • Document and monitor on-site progress, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to keep projects on track.
  • Update project schedules to ensure client commitments are met, communicating adjustments to the project team and stakeholders as needed.
  • Contribute to our supportive, innovative team culture by sharing insights, collaborating across disciplines, and actively engaging in problem-solving.
  • Pitch in wherever needed, stepping in to support the team in achieving project milestones and client satisfaction.

Your experience and skills

  • 5-10 years of experience in project management or project engineering within the construction field, ideally with a background in tenant improvement (TI) projects and trade coordination.
  • Proficiency in construction project management tools, including Microsoft Project and Vista (or similar software), allowing you to manage project timelines, workflows, and documentation seamlessly.
  • Solid understanding of construction processes, with hands-on experience managing subcontractor trades on diverse projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
  • LEED certification or other sustainability-focused qualifications are a plus, reflecting our commitment to environmentally responsible building practices.
