Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field; APICS/ASCM certification desirable.
• Proven experience with demand planning systems (prefer SAP IBP) and forecasting methods.
• Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and Power BI reports.
• Experience leading projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• 5+ years in Demand Planning / Supply Chain, preferably pharma.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly S&OP process and demand planning for new product introductions.
• Develop accurate forecasts from historical data, market trends, and insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations to adjust forecasts.
• Communicate changes in forecasts, budgets, and strategies to leadership.
• Ensure integration of demand forecasts into replenishment planning.
• Identify and implement initiatives to improve forecast accuracy.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain Supply Chain KPIs.
• Design and manage dashboards for actionable insights.
• Leverage Power BI and other tools to generate business reports.
• Drive continuous improvement across Supply Chain.
• Lead cross-functional projects related to planning and analytics.
