Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field; APICS/ASCM certification desirable.
• Proven experience with demand planning systems (prefer SAP IBP) and forecasting methods.
• Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and Power BI reports.
• Experience leading projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• 5+ years in Demand Planning / Supply Chain, preferably pharma.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

Mission

The Senior Demand Planner & Business Analytics plays a key role in enhancing supply chain efficiency and effectiveness. This position is responsible for leading the entire demand forecasting process for IBERIA, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and communication, and developing and monitoring Supply Chain KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and drive their implementation.

Key Responsabilities

• Lead the monthly S&OP process and demand planning activities for new product introductions.
• Develop accurate demand forecasts based on historical sales data, market trends, and business insights.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to adjust forecasts in response to changes in demand patterns and market dynamics.
• Communicate significant changes in sales forecasts, budgets, business strategies, risks, and opportunities to management and senior leadership.
• Ensure the effective integration of demand forecasts into replenishment planning.
• Identify, propose, and implement initiatives to improve forecast accuracy.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain Supply Chain key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Design and manage dashboards that provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Leverage Power BI and other analytical tools to generate meaningful business reports and analyses.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Supply Chain function.
• Lead or actively participate in cross-functional projects related to planning, analytics, and process optimization.

Recquired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. APICS/ASCM certification and solid understanding of S&OP processes are highly desirable.
• Proven experience with demand planning systems (preferably SAP IBP) and strong knowledge of forecasting methodologies and statistical analysis.
• Proven experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and Power BI reports.
• Experience leading projects and managing cross-functional initiatives.
• At least 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or a similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
