Bacardi in Barcelona, Spain, is seeking a Category Master Planner to own mid- and long-term production and network supply plans. You will collaborate with regional supply teams, markets, and global brand teams to translate demand into feasible production plans, optimise service levels, and drive cost and cash efficiency.

The role requires strong data analytics, expert Excel usage, and experience with SAP ECC; Power BI is a plus.

Formación

• Experience in end-to-end supply planning in FMCG.
• Excellent data analysis skills.
• Strong communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Translate distribution requirements to achievable production plans.
• Assess capacity constraints across sites and develop production sequences.
• Model interregional flows and optimise network to balance service, cost and cash.
• Provide data-driven insights and influence decision making across regions.
