Freudenberg Group is seeking an experienced Demand Planning professional to own and lead forecasting for their category across short, mid, and long-term horizons. You will partner with Sales and Marketing to translate trends into reliable demand plans and manage master data and replenishment strategies in SAP/IBP.

The role requires solid FMCG forecasting experience, advanced Excel skills, and strong English communication in an international environment.

Formación

• Advanced Excel skills and strong working knowledge of SAP / IBP / BI tools.
• Solid experience in demand forecasting, preferably in FMCG.
• Very good command of English (minimum B2), enabling effective communication in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own and lead the demand forecasting process for your category across short, mid, and long-term horizons.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to translate market trends into reliable demand plans.
• Maintain and improve forecasting models, planning master data, and replenishment strategies in SAP / IBP.
