Mondelēz International in Madrid, Spain is seeking an experienced Demand Planning Specialist for a 1-year temporary assignment. You will own 0–24 month IBP demand forecasts by brand and SKU, coordinating inputs from sales, marketing, and cross-functional partners to drive accurate planning.

The role supports a major system transformation from SAP APO to O9 Solutions. You’ll work in a fast-paced FMCG environment with 800+ SKUs, leveraging Power BI and advanced Excel to analyze forecast bias, lead

Formación

• Minimum 4 years' experience in demand planning / supply chain.
• IBP/S&OP experience across planning cycle.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on with SAP APO or O9/Kinaxis/Blue Yonder.
• Strong analytical skills with large data sets.

Responsabilidades

• Own the 0–24 month IBP demand forecast by brand and SKU.
• Manage weekly disaggregated plan and rolling 3–24 month forecast.
• Drive the IBP cycle and planning process.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply and finance to align assumptions.
• Lead continuous improvement and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with modelling teams to refine demand signals.
• Deliver the final detailed demand plan to supply planners.
