Organon delivers ingenious health solutions and is seeking a Demand Fulfillment Planner to join the Supply Chain Operations team in Madrid. The role translates demand signals into executable supply and fulfillment plans, balancing service, inventory and cost while coordinating with Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing and Logistics.

You will lead IBP/S&OP processes, manage KPIs such as forecast accuracy and service levels, and drive data-driven decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or proven equivalent work experience in a related business concentration.
• 2 years of experience in a Supply Chain Management environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of and experience with MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Self-starter and ability to work independently; team player.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts (0–36 months) based on market trends, market/business intelligence, historical sales data, and statistical models.
• Drive the monthly demand review meetings with the different Commercial stakeholders to align on the consensus demand forecast plans.
• Translate demand plans into feasible supply and fulfillment plans.
• Monitor supply performance and manage exceptions (shortages, delays, excess).
• Proactively identify and resolve supply risks and disruptions.
• Coordinate allocation, prioritization, and escalation of supply issues.
• Ensure on-time, in-full delivery to meet customer expectations.
• Own and track planning KPIs such as Forecast accuracy, Service level and Inventory health.
• Generate insights through reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Support IBP and S&OP governance and processes.
