OptimusAI in Madrid seeks a Data Science Specialist to boost plant productivity through data analytics and real-time AI advisory systems. You will work in a cross-functional team translating client challenges into deployable analytics solutions and shaping product roadmaps.

You’ll present insights to executives, collaborate with product engineers, and codify best practices to amplify impact across client engagements; this role offers fast growth, ownership from day one, and a culture blending

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on advanced analytics experience, ideally in heavy industry
• Advanced Python programming with clean, modular, maintainable code
• Proven ability to implement and maintain MLOps pipelines for model integration and deployment
• Strong DevOps/backend skills including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to drive tasks to completion
• Data-driven decision making grounded in facts and logic
• Ability to produce high-quality outputs (presentations, models, articles)
• Excellent English communication, with adaptability to different audiences and seniority levels
