Job&Talent is seeking a curious analyst to design and implement AI-enabled initiatives across markets in Madrid. You will translate complex data into actionable insights, build dashboards, and monitor KPIs to drive performance and growth.

The role emphasizes collaboration with founders and local teams, plus presenting strategic recommendations to leadership. Strong English and quantitative backgrounds are preferred.

Formación

• 0–3 years of experience in a relevant role or field.
• Background in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or another quantitative discipline.
• Excellent communicator with full professional fluency in English (C1 or above).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Strategy, Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to design and implement AI-enabled initiatives.
• Translate datasets into actionable insights to improve pricing, sales effectiveness, and expansion strategies.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on performance, uncover inefficiencies, and propose AI-driven solutions.
• Build analytical models and dashboards using SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools to track KPIs.
• Develop clear, strategic recommendations and present them to senior leadership.
