mscope, a fast-growing fintech in Madrid, is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to strengthen its Data Team. You will lead end-to-end data projects, mentor junior scientists, and share insights with tech and business teams.

The role requires 4+ years of experience, strong Python/PySpark skills, expertise in statistics, ML, NLP, and fluency in Spanish and English. Hybrid work in downtown Madrid is offered, with 2 days in office and 3 remote, plus a performance bonus and benefits.

Formación

• At least 4 years of experience as Data Scientist.
• Robust knowledge of Statistics, Big Data, ML algorithms and NLP.
• Strong Python and PySpark proficiency.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (C1 level).
• Knowledge of LLMs is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end data projects: define problems, analyze data, design models and productionize solutions.
• Mentor Junior Data Scientists and drive their development.
• Share insights regularly with technical and business teams.
• Collaborate with Tech and Product teams in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Contribute ideas for Data team continuous improvement and learn about alternative investments.
