Nexthink, the leader in digital employee experience management software, is hiring a Principal Data Architect to shape its enterprise data strategy. You will unify disparate data sources into a single data lake and mentor a team of data engineers to deliver that vision.

You will translate telemetry into product insights to drive revenue and supervise senior stakeholders, reporting to C-level leadership. You will champion an AI-ready data foundation, guide data governance, and ensure scalable

Formación

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years as a Data Engineer/Architect, with 3+ years in leadership of data engineers.
• Proven track record delivering unified data warehouse/data lake architectures.
• Experience turning telemetry into product-led insights for revenue growth.
• Experience presenting strategy to executive and C-level audiences.
• Strong SQL & Python, with ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Familiarity with modern data stack tools (dbt, AWS services).
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or QuickSight.

Responsabilidades

• Own enterprise data strategy and unify company-wide data sources into a single data lake.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of data engineers.
• Translate product telemetry into product-led insights to identify upsell opportunities and predict churn.
• Manage senior stakeholders and present data strategy to C-level management.
• Own data warehousing, data lake design, data modeling and access patterns.
