Nexthink in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a Data Engineer to design and maintain robust data pipelines, transform complex datasets into insights, and build the analytics infrastructure that drives strategic decision-making.

You will collaborate across teams, implement ETL/ELT processes, develop Power BI dashboards, and push data quality, modeling, and automation to the next level.

The role requires 4+ years of experience and strong SQL, Python, and DAX skills.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in data analyst, data engineer, or similar role.
• Proven experience with ETL/ELT pipeline development.
• Advanced proficiency in DAX and Power Query for data modeling and report development.
• Strong SQL skills for querying, transforming, and managing relational data.
• Strong Python skills, including data manipulation, automation, and pipeline scripting; testing and code quality practices.
• Experience building interactive Power BI reports from multiple data sources.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines from multiple sources.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability through validation and monitoring.
• Build data models to support scalable reporting and analytics.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Apply DAX and Power Query to deliver performant reports.
• Define and track KPIs across business units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data solutions.
• Mentor colleagues on data engineering best practices.
